			<title><![CDATA[ Spent A Full Day Outside the House Like a Normal Human Being ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Started off at noon at a busy restaurant. Had a long lunch for a couple of hours. Put in the ER 20&#39;s with the occasional screaming kids.

Went off to the mall and walked around the beach. Very busy day with lots of tourists and lots of honking horns and car alarms. I trust the ER 20&#39;s spared
me.

Went to a few pubs, starting early at around 8:30-ish. It was loud. I went with foam 33 dbA NRR plugs. Even with the plugs, the music still seemed a bit loud.

			<description><![CDATA[ Just returned from our local armistice day service. Laid a wreath, watched the darken dank clouds and looked at the faces of the young cadets and wondered of
how many of them will see conflict and even die for their country/political will. Wore my poppy with pride and thought of the brave souls overseas as i do at
this time of year. Whatever ones beliefs or political stance, lets not forget the sacrifices those before and those now make.

			<description><![CDATA[ I finished a very slow taper from benzo in august.But since then my T has been getting progressively worse.The last couple of weeks has been especially bad and
i&#39;m in a state of constant panic. I broke down and starting taking 8 mgs of valium since thursday night.the only thing it helps with is sleep.I just
don&#39;t get why it&#39;s getting so much louder.I thought the benzos would help lower it a bit, but it hasn&#39;t.I know when I drink 3 or 4 glasses of wine

			<title><![CDATA[ Loss of concentration ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Before the Internet I use to do a lot of sewing, embroidery, and reading. Since the Internet I find I can&#39;t concentrate as well. (Maybe part of the problem
is having tinnitus on most days)  I do get periods of good concentration but then it goes again. My daughter who works in I.T. finds she too, has a short
concentration span - she is correcting it doing crocheting.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Can you concentrate as well as you could say ten years ago???

			<description><![CDATA[ He died at 83 while I was unable to go online. Just wanted to express my sadness. He was never broadcast (as far as I know) in Australia, but an American
friend sent me loads of DVDs of his kid&#39;s shows from the 50&#39;s and the 70&#39;s. His two sons were in &#39;Tin Machine&#39; (David Bowie was the
singer).

My tinnitus is roughly the same, i&#39;d say it&#39;s slightly worse, the other ear rings now, but the loudness in the other ear overwhelms it, so i don&#39;t
hear it until i lie down.
