Ive had Eustachian Tube Dysfunction for about 4 years now where the tubes feel full and crackle and pop and crunch.
It changes everyday and some times it even effects my tinnitus in that ear.
Like all of a suddern I will notice my T in for example my right ear to be a little louder all of a suddern and then ill swallow and yep, confirmed, that tube on that side is crunching more than it was just before.
Its really annoying because its never gone away and its so random.
Ive used nasal sprays like Nasonex but that didnt really help either.
However Ive been looking up these Neti Pot things on the internet and seeing people use them on youtube.
They work by pouring liquid up your nose to make it come out the other and then you blow. Something towards that effect.
Im willing to try this since im all out of options but im worried if it could make my problem any worse.
Right now they feel so blocked up, but my nose actually feels pretty good most of the time unlike the tubes.
Are these things safe? Im just worried it could clog up even worse or effect my T so im a little scared.
