This is yuku's main Help@Yuku page http://help.yuku.com/ If any member has a board problem,could you please write your comments in detail here about your issues. It will make it easier for the Admins to then report it to the YUKU SUPPORT, though Submitting a Ticket. Some members will still need to submit tickets on their own so that the Yuku Helpers can then reply in detail to that individual. Posts: 2853 04/28/11 6:59 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	The web page is almost unreadable. It changed late this afternoon. The reply box is very small. It's like html on acid. I don't understand. All other websites are just fine. Anyone else having a problem?

Posts: 12472 06/27/11 7:56 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	YUKU is in the process of changing servers so this may cause some boards to disappear or have other problems , like slow loading or blank pages. once the change is done they should be up and running smoothly. i don't think our board has gone through the changing yet so be prepared to experience strange happenings.

Posts: 9747 06/30/11 2:30 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Problems with my Images. My avatar disappeared yesterday. Only one file folder album out of four, visible within my Account. Images within that album, visible only in text. The same .. only in text, if I click on "view my images", for the three folders I have my preferences set for sharing. Do you submit the ticket, or do I? Just want to add that I've been checking around, and notice that at least two other member's avatars also have disappeared .. and, coincidentally, they are also in Canada. Posts: 12472 07/03/11 8:34 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Yuku is aware of many issues. please read the featured thread at the top of the page. we have to be patient for a while, then if there are any issues they say are fixed and anyone still has a problem then a ticket has to be put in. I also can not change my avatar, my folders are gone but as noted yuku knows of these "issues". i hope this helps with understanding. since yuku changed servers they are in the mist of doing what they can to get all their boards and the members back on track.

Don't think I will put up an avatar again as I was searching my computer for something and a post I did a while back came up with my picture and I don't think I want my picture all over the web for different topics people are searching for. Posts: 12472 07/15/11 5:12 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Reph, i couldnt find any new updates on the issue of pm's being there when it shows that there are. is this member on a converted profile? he would need to make sure he has his settings set to accept pm's. make sure he has cleared his cache, cookies and temp. files. if his problem continues then he needs to put a ticket in. http://help.yuku.com/submit

Posts: 2031 07/21/11 8:55 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I don't seem to be getting email notifications from subscribed threads. I did get a total of one so far, from the SUPPORT forum. I always check spam and it's not there either. Also, my email address is accurate - and, I did actually get a grand total of one notification since the conversion.
