I'm currently on a/d and I think they're working to some degree. But there are times when the negative wheels start rolling faster than I can control them. When I start feeling in a downward spiral and my depression and anxiety are taking me to the dark side I take some Xanax and usually within a short while I'm feeling better. It's amazing really. I just wanted to share this info, since it helps me, maybe it can help others cope when things get narley. I've never relied on any drug before in my life before T, but things have changed. Habituation means doing whatever it takes to make progress. I know this ain't for everybody but from my personal experience it's helped me.
