I've been blowing my nose a bit lately, and I've felt a sharp pain in my shoulders a couple of times from the blowing action. I was surprised that it could affect the shoulders that much. This makes me realise how much the act of breathing itself affects the neck and shoulder region without us being aware of it. Therefore it stands to reason that the neck and shoulders must affect the nose and ear region too, without us being aware of it; each impacts the other. Makes me wonder just how much tinnitus is caused by neck and shoulder tension. Your thoughts?
