I promised that if I ever found that anything I tried worked I would report it back to this forums and so I wanted to just post this...
In addition to T, I've had this awful fullness in my ears which feels like "ears clogging" - lots of crackling and popping and stuffiness. Everynow and then it went away, but would always come back. And it made the experience of the T much worse. I always thought my ears were full of wax - but the doctor would say they were clean or remove any wax and the sensation persisted.
Reading this forum months and months ago someone said something like "I don't know why nobody listens to me and does this exercise..." and gave a link. I don't remember who. But whomever it was, thank you. I've come back to say, yes... I think this simple exercise actually makes a difference and anyone experiencing "fullness" in their ears may want to consider trying it.
So... it's as simple as this... Do these two stretches (exercises 3 and 5 on this link) at least once a day:

If you have fullness as a chronic problem and try this, please report back so that we can have some sort of consensus as to it's effectiveness. However, give it a couple weeks before deciding it doesn't work.
Obviously if these might injur you, do not do them at all. I'm just saying it worked for me and it was easy. I would categorize the fullness as "much reduced."
I hope this helps someone. If it seems to help many, we should forward the info to the ATA as I've seen enough people comment of fullness being a problem.
