I have been experiencing ringing in my left ear for about 4-5 years. The ring is on and off, mainly on. I have tried without success to explain to Dr's (specialist's) that the ringing was caused by pressure in my ear. I explained that I had pain and that is comes and goes. They always say it is hearing loss tinnitus...live with it.
Lately the ringing has been really bad. I am also waking up in the morning with major congestion. Last week I bought a inhaler vaporizer and have been using that once a day. Since I have been using it my ringing is much better and almost gone. Could this be the answer and if so why are Dr.'s so close minded about looking at other cause for this ringing. I spent a lot of $$ with Dr's on this.
