I literally got results from the first session.

Although you can learn EFT yourself for free, I highly recommend getting started with a practitioner to give you the best first impression. An EFT practitioner will also give you the tools to get started on your own at home.

To help better highlight where EFT may help those of us with Tinnitus, I think it very closely parrellels TRT where the goal is to demystify and remove the fear from the tinnitus sound - only EFT can do it over a much shorter period of time. Plus EFT can give you the added benefit of helping you with other related or unrelated emotional and/or physical issues.

Maybe it was a fluke, or I'm the lone exception, but EFT worked extremely well for me, where I went from spending sleepless nights thinking of suicide as the only outcome, to laughing out load and having great new life goals in a matter of days.

Admittedly even the founder of EFT says that Tinnitus is a particularily tough nut to crack, which is interesting when you compare that with the fact EFT is documented to have helped Post Traumatic Stress Disorder patients exceedingly well.

I think my EFT practitioner was more upset than me that she wasn't able to completely erase the Tinnitus, but she did help me remove the negative emotional aspect by about 90% - and for that I'll always be grateful.

I have a lot more I could say on the topic, but I don't want to dominate this thread. I think EFT is great, and I probably would never have gone if it wasn't for my Tinnitus.
