The only way I can fall asleep is on my stomach with my head to the right. I've tried just about every other position and it's very hard for me to fall
asleep, I'll just lie awake for hours, but in this position I'm asleep within minutes. But I do notice that my tinnitus is worse when I sleep, and I
often wake up a few hours later in the middle of the night with the ringing much louder than normal and it's hard to go back to sleep then. Just wondering
if my position could be the problem.
