How they are focusing on and accelerating new breakthrough treatments on the fight on cancer ( And asking for funding)... I liked the fact that they will harness the leading researchers together to move in the same direction and share ideas and research...That a scientific advisory committee will oversee the projects with the most potential and promise... Posts: 39 09/07/08 1:12 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I agree - that approach to any type of research is important. The problem is $money$. So little of it goes to tinnitus research! Have you ever checked out the financial reports on ATA's website? They deal with such small amounts of money it's a joke. I really hope some major superstar who's suffering from tinnitus will come out and be a spokesperson. Or better yet, there should be a telethon on TV to support all the wounded troops who are coming back to the states from Iraq. Tinnitus is their #1 disability.
